November 6, 2010 The snow began to fall about 3:30 yesterday afternoon.  Coming home, I found a herd of deer in the yard munching on the last of my hostas and waiting to see if apples would be handed out. This year's fawns seemed to enjoy the soft fluffy snow. What a beautiful face!  We wound up with about 4" of new snow with more projected for today.  I'll post more pictures as they come in.

Then the baseball hail fell...and fell...and fell. It hit cars, roofs, trees, plants - anything in its path. March 12, 2008I was finally able to get some decent pictures of the 'wild dog' today about 5:30 p.m. Workers at at house on Woodridge Road said he/she has been there most of the day and acts hungry. The paving has been completed all the way to the entrance to Ski Beech, as well as the striping.I can't remember when the last time was that we had a completely new road without pot holes, patches or faded lines. It really looks nice.You can see by the road bed just how thick they laid it on.
